Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, qualify inbound partnerships, support partner-delivered services, and adapt global programs to the UK market while working closely with sales, marketing, and regional leadership.

Support Notion's Security GRC team by maturing compliance programs, automating evidence collection with custom connectors, training staff, scaling on-call workflows using AI agents, and helping maintain SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA and related certifications through cross-functional collaboration.

Lead design, operationalization, and continuous improvement of Notions talent philosophies, systems, and programs (performance, career architecture, internal mobility, early career). Build scalable tools, playbooks, and enablement for People Partners and leaders, run high-impact talent strategy projects, and drive talent-density initiatives connected to business outcomes.
