As a Regional Partner Manager for DACH, you will manage partnerships, drive revenue, build go-to-market programs, and oversee partner activities to support sales in the DACH region.

Lead Notion's Enterprise GTM in Japan by managing leaders and teams to drive new logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, and durable customer outcomes. Define territory and account strategy, run live builds and value narratives, build operating rhythms and inspection cadences, coach managers and reps, partner cross-functionally, and hire and retain a high-performing Enterprise organization.

Own the full customer lifecycle for mid-market accounts: run discovery and live co-build demos in Notion, design workflow solutions, close deals, manage procurement/legal/security reviews, guide early implementation and coordinate handoff to post-sale teams for adoption, expansion, and renewals.

Lead APAC integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement: adapt global launches for APAC, create original campaigns, manage content production and localization (especially Japan), deliver sales enablement, partner with regional teams, and establish AI-driven campaign operations while reporting performance and insights.

The Product Support Manager leads a team, driving customer support, managing escalations, improving processes, and collaborating across departments to ensure operational excellence.
