Lead a platform engineering team that builds and operates Notion's search and context infrastructure (lexical and semantic retrieval, indexing, streaming/batch pipelines, and agent context primitives). Set roadmap balancing foundational investments (latency, cost, reliability, security, enterprise readiness) and fast iteration, own SLOs/observability/on-call practices, partner with product and AI teams, hire and grow engineers, and drive platform reliability and scalability at scale.

Own end-to-end recruiting analytics: build trusted dashboards and pipelines (funnel, conversion, time-to-fill, capacity), create headcount and velocity models, define core metrics, drive pipeline reviews with actionable recommendations, partner with Recruiting and Finance to remove bottlenecks, and use AI to accelerate analysis and QA.

As a Regional Partner Manager, you'll lead Notion's partner ecosystem in France, building relationships, driving revenue, and executing go-to-market strategies for VARs and cloud partners while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
