Own end-to-end marketing campaign operations and lead management: build and launch campaigns in Marketo/Customer.io and SFDC, maintain campaign templates and QA, manage deliverability and data hygiene, define and debug MQL/MQA routing, monitor funnel and system health, and partner with SDRs, RevOps, and agencies to scale processes and tooling to increase pipeline throughput.

Identify and outbound to high-potential accounts to generate workflow-first pipeline. Qualify prospects for build-ready opportunities, run multi-channel outreach, document handoffs in Salesforce, and leverage intent data and GTM tooling to prioritize accounts.

Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across EMEA (with emphasis on Sales): source, assess, and close diverse talent; partner with stakeholders to scale hiring processes and leverage AI/tools for data-driven recruiting.

Partner with named enterprise accounts to drive workflow adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Co-design and configure Notion workflows, define mutual success plans, conduct business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate Services for complex implementations to deliver measurable ROI.

Own and scale Notion's internal CX knowledge system: design information architecture and governance, ensure content accuracy and freshness, build reusable modular content, supervise AI-assisted content automation, and partner cross-functionally to enable support readiness and improve support quality and efficiency.

Lead a team of Commercial Account Executives, manage full-cycle sales, drive strategy and revenue growth, and build cross-functional relationships.

Partner with named accounts to drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion by co-designing Notion workflows, maintaining success plans, conducting executive reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and coordinating Services for complex implementations to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
