Support account management across purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, and invoicing. Perform data entry (Item Master, BOM), gather production data, communicate status with customers and teams, run credit checks, prepare reports, and assist with problem solving and priority setting to meet customer requirements.

Provide word processing and document production services including editing, transcribing, proofing, QA, intake and workflow coordination. Use MS Office and tracking tools, meet contracted deadlines, troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues, and handle confidential documents while supporting client relationships.

Generate leads and grow revenue by prospecting (cold calling), visiting customers, assessing needs, proposing solutions, negotiating within authority, closing sales, and referring market feedback internally to expand the customer base.

Coordinate and prioritize high-volume document production requests, perform advanced proofreading, formatting, conversions and quality assurance, train and guide team members, communicate with clients and managers, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while enforcing standards and procedures.

Provide front-desk and concierge services, lead reception staff, manage guest experience and bookings, handle calls and vendor coordination, produce reports, oversee QA and escalate operational issues to management.

Operate automated addressing, weighing, and tying machines to sort and bundle printed publications by ZIP code; review instructions, make machine adjustments, perform routine maintenance and clerical recording of production and downtime, and process outgoing small package parcels (UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Sell commercial print, packaging, labels and direct mail solutions to new and existing accounts. Prospect, generate leads, cold call, negotiate and close sales to meet targets. Build long-term client plans, forecast in Salesforce, collaborate with internal teams, and coach junior reps. Deliver exceptional customer service and identify upsell opportunities.

Support project planning and execution for assigned print/packaging projects: develop project plans, coordinate resources and schedules, communicate with clients and internal teams, track inventory and timelines, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Internship may lead to full-time hire.

Create, edit, and quality-assure branded presentation materials and pitch books using MS Office and Adobe tools. Manage intake, workflow, and tracking, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, meet client deadlines, and communicate with team members and clients to ensure timely, accurate delivery while maintaining confidentiality and client branding standards.
