The Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain backend services, microservices, and APIs, focusing on performance and reliability, and optimize databases while mentoring other engineers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and workflow orchestration using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/NestJS, Temporal or Google Cloud Workflows, and Kafka. Ensure high availability, observability, fault tolerance, and performance for large-scale event-driven systems; troubleshoot production issues, define best practices, mentor engineers, and collaborate on architecture and SLAs.

Lead full‑stack development and ownership of ZoomInfo's Mesh AI platform: build React frontends, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, LLM integrations, orchestration workflows, developer SDKs, respond to incidents, ensure quality, and mentor engineers.

The role involves building and optimizing big data pipelines, designing data architectures, collaborating with data scientists, and driving technical strategy for data processing.

Own and operate GitOps deployment APIs/CLI and deployment tooling (ArgoCD, Helm) for Cloud Run; maintain TypeScript Nx monorepo and ingress Helm charts; build Go services and durable workflows (Temporal); implement MCP and agentic AI workflows; stabilize, document, and evolve production delivery/platform systems.

Develop and maintain delivery and automation systems using TypeScript/Node (NestJS) and Go. Provide operational coverage, ship features, investigate deploy issues, support CI/CD and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD/Helm/GitHub Actions), and contribute to infrastructure provisioning and automation.

Lead and develop a team of enterprise account managers to drive revenue growth, coach on territory and deal strategy, manage forecasts and complex sales processes, build cross-functional relationships, hire top talent, and ensure customers extract maximum value from ZoomInfo's platform.

Provide advanced technical support for ZoomInfo products: diagnose and resolve complex API, integration, CRM sync, data quality, and browser/network issues; manage high-priority cases end-to-end; create knowledge base content and playbooks; mentor juniors; partner with Product and Engineering to escalate and resolve defects; drive process improvements and enablement across the support organization.

Design and operationalize end-to-end B2B SaaS customer lifecycle programs (onboarding, adoption, engagement, expansion, retention). Build scalable journeys, segmentation, messaging, AI-assisted content, measurement frameworks, and cross-functional alignment to improve activation, adoption, and retention.

Lead ownership and evolution of GitOps/CD tooling and shared TypeScript package ecosystem; stabilize and architect delivery and Go automation platforms; design and implement high-leverage components in Go and TypeScript; apply Agentic AI, MCP, and durable workflows (Temporal); mentor senior engineers and set cross-team standards and roadmaps.
