The role improves pipeline reliability, performance, scalability, and cost while collaborating with product, data science, platform, and data quality teams.

Drive new business growth among mid-market organizations with 100–1,000 employees. Manage full sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing, including proof-of-concept requests, customized proposals, and multi-stakeholder alignment. Build outbound pipelines with SDR support, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, monitor market and competitor trends, and consistently achieve sales targets through strategic consultative selling.

Own the vision, roadmap, architecture, backlog, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance, covering RTR, PTP, GL, AP, Asset Accounting, Banking, reporting, and financial close. Lead solution design, enterprise integrations, agile teams, vendors, governance, testing, and executive communications. Drive scalable Finance transformation and identify AI and automation opportunities for reconciliations, exception management, payments, insights, and root-cause analysis while maintaining controls, security, auditability, and human oversight.

Designs and maintains automated test suites, develops test strategies across the test pyramid, performs complex end-to-end testing, analyzes quality metrics, identifies risks and root causes, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve software reliability and customer trust.

Analyze and optimize Quote to Cash processes across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and connected financial systems. Gather requirements, design process flows, write features and user stories, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT, manage defects, and assist with releases and adoption. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Billing, Accounting, Legal, Engineering, QA, and Product teams to improve scalability, data quality, efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
