Lead product analytics efforts to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, analyze customer behavior, and generate insights that influence product and engineering decisions. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design event tracking, run experiments, quantify opportunity sizes, and communicate recommendations through clear narratives and visualizations to drive product adoption, retention, and business outcomes.

Lead AI-native product development for GTM workflows—define vision and roadmap, build generative AI and agent-driven features, engage sales/marketing/CS customers, measure AI-centric metrics (e.g., agent task completion, model accuracy), and drive cross-functional teams to deliver revenue-impacting experiences.

Manage a portfolio of ~150–175 SMB accounts to retain and grow revenue through upsells, referrals, and product demos. Build pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with teammates to close deals by phone, target key contacts, and deliver well-researched, professional client meetings focused on ROI.
