Serve as the technical escalation point for mission-critical customers on the Akamai Cloud Compute platform. Investigate and resolve complex issues, collaborate with SRE and Product teams, support incident response, develop training and documentation, and mentor Core Support to improve troubleshooting and platform expertise.

Sell Akamai cloud, edge, and security solutions to Global 500 accounts. Manage and grow existing accounts, acquire new customers in assigned territory, build pipeline with marketing, collaborate with sales engineers and partners, record activities in CRM, and present to executive buyers to meet quota targets.
