Manage administrative operations for a facility, maintain accurate operational and financial data, reconcile and validate invoices, generate reports, support billing and month-end activities, and ensure data integrity across multiple software systems while coordinating with facility leadership and vendors.

Lead the accounting function including internal audit, controls, GAAP financial reporting, and month/quarter/year close.
