Own and rebuild CADY’s annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, close-cycle variance analysis, recurring financial reporting, and ad hoc decision support. Partner with Accounting and business leaders to explain financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve planning processes. Manage and develop two FP&A Analysts while driving automation and scalability across Sage Intacct, Domo, and other reporting systems.

Prepares consolidated financial reporting packages and MD&A materials, performs variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, tracks KPIs, and develops leadership-ready financial narratives. Partners with Accounting, FP&A, and business leaders on reporting, forecasting, capital expenditure analysis, technical accounting research, and process improvements. Uses Sage Intacct, Domo, and Excel to improve reporting scalability and support strategic decision-making.

Own sales transaction data integrity within FP&A by reconciling transactions across source systems, payment processing, and Domo. Investigate variances, monitor integration logs, perform root-cause analysis, and partner with IT to resolve and prevent recurring issues. Support financial close, system migrations, data warehouse initiatives, finance automation, and reporting. Communicate data health, audit findings, risks, and migration status to finance leadership.

Retouch and edit high volumes of school photographs to CADY standards using Photoshop and Lightroom. QA vendor work, document corrections, track job progress in CADY tools, and prioritize workflows to meet SLAs while escalating quality or workflow issues.

Provides bilingual English and Spanish customer support to schools, students, parents, and internal teams. Handles inquiries about bookings, scheduling, pricing, orders, purchases, refunds, retouching, and appointment confirmations through phone and webform tickets. Offers basic technical assistance with the Parent Portal, navigates multiple internal systems, and delivers professional, empathetic service while managing inbound and outbound communications.

Manages relationships with assigned schools as the primary contact, providing support, maintaining account information, scheduling photography events, coordinating Picture Days and Senior Roadshows, and collaborating with sales, studio, and production teams. Responsibilities include onboarding new schools, tracking interactions, resolving issues, and supporting school-based projects. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service or account management experience.

Owns marketing performance reporting, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and marketing technology optimization. Analyzes full-funnel and lifecycle campaign performance using GA4, SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and DOMO. Builds forecasting and scenario models, dashboards, attribution frameworks, and KPI variance analyses; maintains tracking architecture and data integrity; partners with Finance, Engineering, and channel owners to improve conversion, acquisition efficiency, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
