Own and grow the New York Metro territory by closing complex enterprise cybersecurity and SaaS deals, engaging C-level and VP stakeholders, exceeding pipeline and revenue targets, forecasting opportunities, negotiating agreements, and helping shape the company’s sales playbook. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and industry analysts to improve pipeline, bookings, conversion, and product direction using funnel and win/loss metrics.

Lead technical support for enterprise sales across the Chicago territory, conducting discovery, designing cybersecurity solution architectures, delivering demonstrations and proofs of concept, and managing technical evaluations. The role handles RFPs, security questionnaires, customer handoffs, and early implementation support while partnering with account executives, product, engineering, support, and customer success teams. It also contributes to sales enablement, conveys customer feedback into product strategy, and maintains technical engagement records.

Lead Censys’ product management organization and unified exposure management strategy across attack surface management and supply chain intelligence. Define product vision, roadmap, and customer workflows; partner with engineering, design, AI, research, and go-to-market teams; establish scalable product processes; identify new platform opportunities; represent the company externally; and drive measurable adoption, usage, and revenue outcomes while hiring and developing product talent.

Build and deploy AI-powered features for internet-scale threat intelligence workflows. Develop and fine-tune LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI-driven analytics to summarize findings and automate investigations. Create secure, context-aware user experiences while evaluating model performance with RAGAS, LangSmith, and regression testing. Collaborate with product, frontend, data engineering, and other teams to deliver low-latency, reliable AI capabilities.

Build highly available, scalable distributed systems and real-time data services supporting Internet-wide scanning, DNS resolution, certificate ingestion, security research, and customer applications. Responsibilities include developing data pipelines, messaging systems, databases, caching layers, tooling, frameworks, and cloud or on-premises services; productionizing prototypes; and collaborating with engineering, product, machine learning, and security teams. The role emphasizes maintainable, testable code, reliability, monitoring, and long-term platform development.

Develops interactive LMS courses, self-paced eLearning, product documentation, videos, onboarding content, and cybersecurity CTF exercises. Translates complex Censys product functionality and cybersecurity concepts into clear learning experiences for customers and internal teams. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to validate content, support feature launches, maintain documentation, and explain attack surface management, critical infrastructure monitoring, and threat hunting use cases.

Lead technical pre-sales activities for enterprise and government customers across the Gulf region. Responsibilities include technical discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, RFP and security questionnaire responses, technical evaluations, customer handoffs, and stakeholder engagement. The role partners with account executives, product, engineering, support, and customer success teams while contributing to enablement materials and product strategy. Extensive travel across the Gulf and META region is required.

Serve as the primary technical partner for enterprise cybersecurity sales across the Texas and adjacent TOLA region. Lead discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical evaluations, RFP responses, and security questionnaires. Partner with account executives, support post-sale implementation, address technical objections, develop enablement materials, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
