Lead and evolve enterprise HR across multi-state retail, cultivation, and corporate operations. Own workforce planning, HRIS and data governance, benefits and compensation strategy, union engagement, compliance, talent acquisition, organizational development, HR budget alignment, and HR leadership development to ensure consistent, scalable, and compliant HR operations.

The HR Business Partner provides HR guidance and support to leaders and employees, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.

Serve as strategic HR partner for assigned retail locations across Michigan, advising on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, training, policy interpretation, leaves (ADA/FMLA), onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, and leader coaching. Support hiring, retention, compliance, and HRIS/payroll-related questions while driving consistency and partnering on culture and people initiatives. Regular travel to retail sites required.
