Supports day-to-day loyalty program operations, including rewards, promotions, targeted offers, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and store training. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, extending offers, maintaining ATS records, tracking recruiting metrics, ensuring compliance, supporting onboarding, and advising hiring managers. The role also contributes to process improvements, employer branding, workforce planning, and candidate experience initiatives.
