Partners with analysts and stakeholders to develop reusable reporting solutions, supports semantic and BI tooling, evaluates data platform technologies, mentors analysts, and contributes to shared pipeline ownership.

Own workforce planning, HRIS and data governance, benefits and compensation strategy, union engagement, compliance, talent acquisition, organizational development, HR budget alignment, and HR leadership development to ensure consistent, scalable, and compliant HR operations.
