Sell Veeam solutions to public-sector accounts via channel partners: develop and close new business, cold-call prospects, up-sell/cross-sell, manage opportunities and forecasts in Salesforce, and support territory marketing. Requires frequent travel and collaboration with partner sales community.

Build and operate the Veeam Data Cloud GOV environment: map systems, write runbooks, define SLIs/SLOs, run incident response, close observability gaps, automate deployments and support fleet management while working across security and compliance constraints.

Build and run Gov/Sovereign cloud SRE for Veeam Data Cloud: document platform, define SLIs/SLOs, run incident response, close observability gaps, design resilient Azure infrastructure, automate IaC/CI/CD pipelines, support on-call, and collaborate with security/compliance teams to operationalize reliability.

Manage territory renewals and expansion to exceed quota by ensuring timely contract renewals, customer retention, and satisfaction. Prepare proposals/quotes, handle pricing and reinstatement inquiries, cold-call lapsed customers, collaborate with sales and channel partners, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and meet KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets.

Own technical success for assigned accounts: onboard customers, configure backup policies, run recovery simulations, conduct DRMM assessments, deliver resilience reports, detect churn risk, build TCO/business cases, engage executive stakeholders, and drive adoption, migrations, and expansion across the Veeam Data Platform.

Support commercial legal team by reviewing NDAs and simple contracts per playbooks, managing contract intake and execution, maintaining trackers and metrics, driving process improvements, supporting legal operations projects, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
