Architect and manage professional services engagements for data availability solutions. Provide solution design, implementation support, project management, post-installation troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and client liaison to optimize Veeam configurations and identify additional needs.

Design and implement automated test strategies (API and UI), analyze system architecture and data flows for coverage, collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed quality early, and drive continuous process and quality improvements across the SDLC.

Perform hands-on functional and exploratory testing of Veeam products: analyze requirements, execute tests, evaluate results, log and manage defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure product quality.
