Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, support access reviews, and improve security controls. Contribute compliance evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001, plus vendor and customer security questionnaires. The role also provides practical desktop and device support while developing broader audit, compliance, and vendor-risk expertise.

Owns technical programs across product and engineering, including releases, integrations, migrations, dependency management, workback planning, risk escalation, stakeholder communications, incident routing, and OKR tracking. The role establishes operating cadences, maintains trustworthy program visibility, resolves cross-team blockers, and drives complex initiatives to on-time delivery without owning product direction, architecture, or people management.

Build and operate production-grade GenAI agents, prompts, workflows, and creative systems for advertising. Translate client and creative-team needs into scalable technical implementations, establish governance and quality standards, evaluate emerging AI models, and support adoption through training, documentation, and workshops. The role requires hands-on expertise with GenAI tools and advertising creative, while collaborating with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Product, Engineering, and clients.
