Lead integrated B2B marketing strategy and operations to connect marketing activity to pipeline impact. Define CRM, lifecycle, funnel, and attribution frameworks; partner with Growth and Sales Ops; build reporting and dashboards; and align creative, content, digital, and marketing operations teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable integrations and data pipelines using Informatica IDMC, Workato, and cloud data platforms. Integrate files, databases, warehouses, and CRM systems; implement data quality, error handling, and performance tuning; support UAT, deployment, documentation, and operational handover; collaborate with architects, developers, and analysts to deliver well-architected solutions.

Produce actionable business insights, automate reporting and workflows, design scalable reporting infrastructure, and present findings to senior leaders to improve financial performance.

Lead month-end close across multiple entities and currencies, prepare financial schedules and reconciliations, manage intercompany and transfer pricing support, oversee payments and payroll accounting, support audits, and drive process improvements using AI tools to scale finance operations and ensure strong controls.
