Drive sales growth and distribution for assigned retail accounts in the Seattle/Portland region. Build strategic customer partnerships, develop account business plans (AOP/JBP/OGSMs), leverage trade systems (BluePlanner) and syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) to forecast, plan promotions, and optimize trade investments. Collaborate cross-functionally and with distributors to execute merchandising and maximize profitability.

Partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors to drive sales, merchandising, and distribution. Conduct store and route visits, prepare reports and KPI scorecards, support promotions and resets, resolve IO settlement issues, run routes when needed, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve market penetration and ensure safety and compliance.

Lead internal management and external financial reporting, build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks, perform variance analysis, govern Non-GAAP disclosures and MD&A content, partner with commercial teams, and drive automation and data governance across ERP/EPM platforms.
