Lead strategic relationships with Dollar General HQ to grow sales and distribution. Manage and grow strategic retail accounts (Wakefern) to drive sales, distribution, merchandising, and profitability. Build customer partnerships, develop account business plans and forecasts, leverage syndicated data and trade systems, coordinate with field and distribution partners, and execute promotions and trade investments to meet sales targets.

Partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors to drive sales, merchandising, and market penetration. Conduct store and DC visits, prepare weekly reports and KPI scorecards, support route operations and ride-alongs, facilitate promotions and resets, resolve settlement issues, and reinforce compliance with food safety and operational standards. Provide training, workshop support, and cross-functional collaboration to grow DSD sales.

Partner with independent operators and distributors to drive sales and market penetration through merchandising, promotions, store visits, KPI reporting, route support, training, and relationship management. Ensure service and food safety standards, resolve settlement issues, run routes occasionally, and travel extensively to support IOs and distributors.

Run bilingual (English/Spanish) new-hire orientations, recruit hourly manufacturing staff, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support onboarding (background checks, I-9, E-Verify), maintain ATS and recruiting data, represent the company at hiring events, and perform administrative Talent Team tasks.

Partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors to drive sales, merchandising, and market penetration. Prepare reports and KPIs, perform field/store visits and in‑store selling, facilitate trainings and quarterly meetings, resolve distributor/IO issues, run routes as needed, and support Sales Operations Director with planning and team management while ensuring safety, food‑safety, and contract compliance.
