Manage day-to-day client accounts for a healthcare advertising agency, coordinating timelines, budgets, resources, submissions, deliverables, status reporting, and client communications. Supports the People Operations team through administrative tasks, employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS updates, employee inquiries, and HR projects. Coordinates new hire paperwork, system access, orientation logistics, and termination processing. Serves as a point of contact for HR policies and benefits, resolves routine issues, escalates complex matters, and helps improve People & Culture processes. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Develops original, visually compelling creative concepts and executions across digital and traditional print media. Uses strong design judgment, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly to create impactful visuals. Collaborates across departments, manages multiple projects, and adapts design styles to meet client and customer needs in a healthcare and life sciences agency environment.
