Own the strategy, roadmap, business case, and lifecycle for Sonatype’s SBOM and software supply chain security products. Define capabilities that prevent open-source malware and supply chain attacks, collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing, engage customers and industry experts, and use data and feedback to improve adoption, satisfaction, and security outcomes.

Drive timely SaaS subscription renewals and expansions by monitoring contract terms, reviewing usage and history, engaging customers, explaining subscription options, and coordinating renewal quotes and ordering documents. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to resolve non-routine situations, maintain subscription integrity, and support customer success while managing high-volume workloads and global customer schedules.

Design, automate, and scale Sonatype’s Azure engineering platform and delivery systems. Lead infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD modernization, administer Azure DevOps services, improve observability, security, reliability, and developer productivity, and manage Kubernetes-based environments. Partner with engineering teams on cloud-native delivery workflows, establish reusable platform patterns, drive incident response and automated remediation, and mentor engineers on Azure architecture, DevOps, release governance, and DevSecOps practices.
