Serve as primary HR business partner for RxAnte and Mosaic Pharmacy, leading employee relations and workplace investigations, managing performance cycles, coaching managers, administering HRIS processes, supporting compensation/benefits and compliance, driving engagement and culture initiatives, and contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring high-volume roles (contact center, enrollment, pharmacy techs). Manage pipelines, use ATS, guide hiring managers through structured interviews, extend offers, support onboarding, and maintain timely candidate communication and recordkeeping to ensure a professional candidate experience.
