Oversee weekend operations, editorial planning, hiring/onboarding, talent development, and editorial standards. Collaborate on editorial and operational strategy, adapt workflows and technology, and represent Newscast externally. Occasional travel for reporting or team projects; may fill in for the Executive Producer as needed.
