Serve as technical lead for pressure system safety and NDT programs: interpret ASME/API codes, train and certify NDT personnel, oversee inspections, approve procedures, liaise with NASA and external agencies, and manage NDT program personnel and standards.

Consult with HRBPs and managers to design, develop, and deliver technical and leadership learning using ADDIE. Create hybrid learning experiences (eLearning, video, VILT, in-person, simulations), lead technical curriculum development, facilitate workshops, support team effectiveness and change management, and perform learner evaluations for continuous improvement.

Perform QA/QC reviews of electrical design drawings, calculations, and specifications for code compliance, constructability, and maintainability. Provide written technical feedback, review resubmittals, support commissioning and acceptance testing, maintain QA records, and help develop QA standards and checklists.

Lead technical oversight and compliance for EMCS/SCADA/OT across facilities: design reviews, network/protocol integration, software/version control, metering, SCADA security compliance, standards development, project commissioning, and mentoring stakeholders and subcontractors to meet NASA/JPL policies and energy goals.

Manage end-to-end subcontracting for diverse projects including tech demonstrations, R&D, software and hardware development. Serve as primary business interface with subcontractors; perform market research, solicitations, source selection, negotiation, award, post-award management, modifications, and closeout. Partner with technical counterparts to oversee cost, schedule, and quality, ensuring FAR compliance and tailored acquisition solutions for JPL projects.

Build, maintain, analyze, and report Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Validate schedule/cost baseline integrity, perform DCMA 14-Point assessments, support change control, produce schedule risk analyses and EV/QBD data, and present schedule findings to technical leadership.

Provide broad administrative and analyst support for a guidance and control section, handling finance, workforce planning, reporting, facilities, safety, acquisitions, SharePoint/web communications, process improvement, and special projects. Produce financial analyses, dashboards and automated reports, liaise with stakeholders and acquisitions, ensure compliance with policies/regulations, and serve as a trusted advisor to management to improve organizational efficiency.

Design, analyze, tolerate, align, test, and calibrate telescopes, cameras, and imaging spectrometers. Perform ray tracing (CODE V or Zemax), hardware integration, optical alignment, and measurement. Contribute to optical system architecture, error budgets, and present engineering results while collaborating across teams.

Support JPL Pricing Office by preparing cost/price detail for proposals, task plans, ROMs using approved tools and rates. Perform cost and subcontract analyses, ensure FAR and internal compliance, provide audit support, lead peer reviews, and train staff on cost estimation and proposal topics.
