Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and go-to-market for the Literacy State Adoption product portfolio. Hire, coach, and manage Product Managers; prioritize across products; drive market research, classroom testing, pricing, launches, and post-launch performance. Collaborate with Content, Sales, Marketing, Design, Finance, and Operations to align instructional philosophy with digital platform delivery and ensure portfolio-level impact and adoption.

Lead mixed-methods research with a quantitative focus: design analytics, run experiments, analyze product usage, build dashboards, enable self-service, support product discovery, and translate findings to influence product strategy.

Design, build, and maintain NetSuite customizations and integrations to support financial, order-to-cash, and operational processes. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, ensure performance and governance, troubleshoot integrations (including Salesforce), document solutions, and support ERP roadmap, releases, and continuous improvement efforts. Remote role requiring production NetSuite experience.
