Drive sourcing strategies into early product design, analyze long-lead-time BOM items, identify single/sole-source risks, create approved component/vendor lists, perform risk-buy and second-source analysis, collaborate with category managers and engineering on design-to-cost and techno-commercial benchmarking, coordinate documentation and PO release, participate in program execution meetings, and implement cost-reduction opportunities for mass-production products.

Design and administer relationship surveys, translate insights into product and go-to-market strategy, build executive dashboards, and partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to align roadmaps with segment-specific needs.
