Own and support private cloud environments (Nutanix AHV), act as second-level escalation for US service desk, manage Juniper networking, support Azure/AWS hybrid workloads, drive monitoring/automation/documentation improvements, and perform night-shift handovers aligned to US business hours.

Manage cloud, infrastructure, and technology projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, risk and budget management, milestone billing, reporting, and continuous improvement using AI and automation to improve delivery and client outcomes.

This role involves acting as a trusted advisor and account manager for enterprise clients, guiding them in IT strategy, infrastructure, and security, while shaping client relationships and improving processes.
