Create messaging, website and collateral, manage agency/vendor relationships, support product launches and investor materials, collaborate with GTM and engineering to simplify technical concepts, and track industry trends. Support internal communications and employer branding; act as an individual contributor focused on B2B/B2G audiences.

Manage customer experience from onboarding to maintenance, serving as the front-line support for customer inquiries and advocating for customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams and train enterprise customers.
