Manages global supply chain process and software improvement projects, including price administration, KPI tracking, cost reduction, supplier and purchasing coordination, requirements definition, and process enhancements. The role monitors project costs and return on investment, coordinates cross-functional problem solving, supports legal protection through nondisclosure agreements, develops procedures and training materials, and communicates supply chain performance changes.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and three to five years of experience.

Designs, develops, and maintains test procedures, tester hardware, and software for electronic circuit board production. Responsibilities include reviewing designs for testability, debugging testers, analyzing test data, developing test equipment, coordinating installation and calibration, reducing equipment downtime, documenting procedures, training production staff, and leading Process Technicians. Requires collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, management, and customers, along with adherence to safety, security, ISO, and QS standards.

Leads process and manufacturing engineering activities, directing technicians, optimizing machine and line performance, troubleshooting equipment, training staff, and implementing continuous-improvement procedures. Supports reflow and wave solder profiling, solder-paste printing, tooling, DFM, data backups, and production efficiency initiatives. Collaborates with supervisors, engineers, procurement, customers, and production teams in a high-volume contract manufacturing environment.

Administers and develops business applications, including Blue Prism Enterprise, by analyzing requirements, writing and testing code, troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, coordinating implementations, and supporting users. The role prepares specifications, project plans, schedules, status updates, training, and application rollouts while maintaining system integrity, documentation, security compliance, and relationships with customers and vendors.
