Provide on-site IT support for ~31 users across three locations; act as primary internal IT contact; coordinate with MSP and vendors; administer Microsoft 365; troubleshoot workstations, printers, and basic networking; manage onboarding/offboarding, IT documentation, asset inventory, endpoint protection, and CMMC Level 1 compliance efforts.
