Drive pipeline and revenue for WWT AI solutions by enabling field sellers, aligning with OEM partners, promoting AI Factory architectures (GPU compute, networking, storage, orchestration), participating throughout sales cycles, developing strategic account relationships, and forecasting pipeline in Salesforce while collaborating cross-functionally with architecture, services, marketing, and partners.

Sources, screens, interviews, and recruits candidates across sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other functions. Partners with hiring managers to define staffing needs, posts jobs, manages applications in the ATS, coordinates interviews and onboarding, develops active and passive candidate pipelines, researches sourcing strategies, and maintains candidate and business networks. Participate in a 10-week management consulting internship focused on bridging business and technology objectives, improving operational efficiency, and developing end-to-end client solutions. The program begins in May 2027 and supports students graduating December 2027 or later.

Build integrations, automation, analytics pipelines, dashboards, and self-service tools for enterprise workforce AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Glean. Develop adoption and usage reporting, automate platform administration and licensing governance, support AI enablement programs, and integrate privacy, security, and responsible AI practices. Lead complex projects, mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrate solutions, and recommend technology and process improvements.

Lead technical sales strategy and solution architecture for large enterprise clients. Design and present solutions spanning data center infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resiliency. Partner with sales teams, customers, OEMs, and delivery groups to translate business needs into technical designs, proposals, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept. Build trusted executive relationships, guide digital transformation initiatives, manage stakeholder alignment, and provide consultative technology leadership.
