Lead high-volume, full life-cycle technical recruitment for IT roles (networking, cloud, security). Lead high-volume full life-cycle recruiting and strategic resourcing initiatives across India. Consult with account teams and clients, source and vet candidates (entry to director), manage partner relationships, negotiate fulfillment options, and oversee interview, offer, and pre-employment processes while maintaining candidate pipelines and SLAs.

Responsible for US technical sourcing: execute advanced candidate sourcing using Bullhorn, Beline, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools; recruit across Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, and AI domains; work in VMS/MSP environments; coordinate screening, interviews, and candidate tracking; support broader recruiting activities and stakeholder communications.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and databases; integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, agents) into workflows; follow test-first practices; participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, and on-call rotation; mentor teammates and promote AI literacy and best practices.

Serve as the senior technical authority for Tier 1 Telco strategy, advising C‑level customers on 5G/RAN, core, cloud-native transformation, AI/GenAI, security, OSS/BSS, edge/MEC, and infrastructure modernization. Lead executive engagements, architecture workshops, proofs of value, and align cross-functional teams to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and deliver deployment-ready roadmaps.

Drive and deliver Managed Services networking engagements: qualify and scope opportunities, design and estimate large multi-site deployments (LAN/WLAN, UC, cabling), build executive relationships, present proposals, manage technical resources, produce service quotes, validate deployment hours, and maintain sales collateral and service knowledge.

Lead enterprise sales for Fortune 500 customers in the Bay Area: build C-level relationships, develop account strategy, position WWT technical solutions (infrastructure, multicloud, security), manage pipeline and a sales team, and drive opportunities from discovery to close. Requires collaboration with engineers and use of WWT’s ATC for demos, workshops, and POCs. Travel up to 25%.
