Lead regional order management, procurement, and planning teams to develop and execute strategies, policies, and goals. Drive operational excellence, cross-functional accountability, resource planning, coaching, and executive escalations to ensure customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.

Provide pre-sales systems engineering and solution architecture for Singapore/APAC enterprise clients. Create client architecture plans, run scoping workshops, develop technical proposals, advise engineering teams, and build OEM/partner relationships across cloud, networking, data center, security, and application domains.

Serve as the technical pre-sales lead for enterprise accounts across Singapore and APAC: gather requirements, design and document architectures, scope and price solutions, lead workshops, coordinate OEMs and internal teams, produce proposals and SOWs, and act as trusted advisor through solution delivery and optimization.

Provide technical pre-sales and consultative architecture support for Australian and NZ enterprise clients. Create and maintain client architecture plans, run scoping workshops, design high-quality pre-sales deliverables, build OEM and partner relationships, and act as a trusted advisor across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, applications, and transformation initiatives.

Lead delivery of strategic digital and AI programs, build and grow VP/Director-level client relationships, oversee cross-functional engineering and AI teams, own program strategy and financials, support sales pursuits and proposals, mentor program leads, and identify new opportunities to expand WWT's footprint.

Lead and oversee professional services projects from scoping through delivery, act as primary client technical contact, resolve technical risks, manage project finances and teams, mentor junior staff, support sales and SOW development, and ensure project profitability and quality while traveling frequently to client sites.
