Learn Graybar's sales and electrical distribution processes through formal training and rotational, hands-on experience across sales, logistics, customer service, transactional, and project functions. Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment before transitioning into a sales role.

Develop and grow customer accounts for industrial products, handle inquiries, maintain accurate customer records, attend training/trade shows, meet sales and margin targets, and earn uncapped commissions alongside a base hourly wage. Limited travel required; scheduled Monday–Friday.

Prepare and submit customer quotations by gathering cost and product information from manufacturers, sales, and customer service. Build profitable quotes using SAP and Excel, compare bills of material, and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate, on-time responses.

Manage large, time-sensitive project orders as the liaison between customers and vendors. Perform order entry, prepare/revise material submittals, handle returns and credits, provide reporting, coordinate deliveries for on-time performance, and execute job lot billing and invoice processing.
