The Associate SRE supports operations and user support, manages systems access, troubleshoots issues, and aids in infrastructure reliability and automation efforts.

The role involves designing and building low-latency market data processing systems, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating on strategic initiatives.

Provide end-to-end technical support for clients, analyze and report on market data usage, run and build BI reports, manage incidents and outages, collaborate with Product and Engineering on improvements, train clients, and maintain knowledgebase and production monitoring.
