Prospect and research potential clients, generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, email, and social outreach, qualify leads, maintain a CRM pipeline, set meetings for sales, report pipeline activity, and support discovery and proposal work as product knowledge grows.

Optimize websites and ecommerce content for organic and paid search, perform keyword research, write search-friendly copy, recommend SEO and linking strategies, coordinate with development/design, analyze performance, and leverage AI tools for insights and optimization.

Develop and execute SEO and paid search strategies, manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, analyze performance with analytics tools, optimize for conversions, communicate with clients, and mentor junior team members.

Support web design and graphic tasks: create custom graphics, build responsive HTML/CSS pages from designs, ensure cross-browser compatibility, assist the Creative Director, work with WordPress/CMS and optimize assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.

Own client relationships and manage full project lifecycle for web and eCommerce builds. Lead kickoff, status, and delivery meetings; manage scope, budget, schedule, resources, and performance metrics; identify upsell and renewal opportunities; maintain documentation and improve project processes to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Manage organic and paid social media for multiple clients: create content, design visuals, run omnichannel campaigns, analyze performance, report to clients, and drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate across teams and meet deadlines.
