Owns the end-to-end project risk management process for West Alton, including risk registers, quantitative cost and schedule modeling, Monte Carlo analysis, contingency sizing and tracking, mitigation monitoring, reporting, and governance. Partners with project controls, engineering, scheduling, construction, and leadership teams while mentoring analysts and improving risk-management standards, processes, and compliance.

Performs financial modeling, valuation, capital structure, cost-of-capital, covenant, financing, regulatory, and economic analyses. Maintains project financial models, evaluates capital investments and financial alternatives, prepares reports and board-level materials, and supports treasury activities. Requires strong analytical, communication, writing, Excel, and independent multitasking skills.

Leads complex renewable energy projects and portfolios involving solar, wind, and battery storage. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, vendors, risks, stakeholder expectations, change management, and project teams. Negotiates with developers, EPCs, and contractors while ensuring projects meet strategic, financial, and delivery objectives. Coaches project managers and drives results through leadership and collaboration.

Supports power generation business performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial and operational reporting, accruals, funding reallocations, compliance oversight, and process improvement. The role analyzes financial and statistical data, coordinates work-order documentation, prepares reports, and provides recommendations to improve business performance and reporting consistency.

Supports strategic procurement and category management by analyzing spend, markets, suppliers, and demand; executing sourcing activities; preparing solicitations and contract materials; supporting negotiations; managing supplier and business relationships; developing supply chain strategies; and implementing continuous improvements. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in sourcing or procurement.

Leads digital project cost analysis across project development and execution. Responsibilities include validating estimates, managing work orders, applying capital and O&M accounting guidelines, reforecasting monthly spend, analyzing variances, updating contingencies, aligning costs with schedules, and improving forecasting and reporting processes. Partners with Digital leadership, Finance, Plant Accounting, PMO, and project teams to ensure accurate project financial tracking and provide recommendations to business leaders.
