Post-sale technical expert who resolves stalled adoption at enterprise accounts by configuring and documenting complex Tanium deployments, enabling end-users, providing onsite assistance, and delivering feedback to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive value realization.

Gather and document Salesforce Sales Cloud requirements, translate business needs into technical/user stories, support design and testing (UAT), coordinate deliveries with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive process improvements and small-to-medium Salesforce projects and enhancements.

Own strategic pre-sales engagements, influence product direction, remove execution roadblocks, and ensure revenue, adoption, and expansion across the CT-timezone territory with 30–50% travel.

Own strategy, growth, and success for Tanium security and IT operations products focused on partnerships and integrations. Engage customers and partners to gather requirements, collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to define roadmap and go-to-market, develop enablement materials, and drive product adoption and launch outcomes.

Own joint marketing strategy and execution with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud to drive MQLs and partner-sourced pipeline. Secure and manage MDF, design co-branded demand-gen campaigns, define MQL-to-SQL handoffs with telesales, measure funnel and ROI, run integrated physical and digital programs, pilot emerging AI ad channels, and represent Tanium in partner engagements and QBRs.

Lead delivery of core platform capabilities from ideation to launch for an enterprise-scale agentic/AI platform. Author specs, prioritize work, run discovery with customers, partner with engineering, UX, and GTM teams, track OKRs, and ensure successful customer enablement. Operate in a fast-moving, AI-focused product environment and adapt plans as business priorities change.

Support daily treasury operations including cash position monitoring, bank reconciliations, wire and intercompany transfers, vendor and payroll funding, FX and investment support, treasury reporting, credit card program maintenance, control and audit support, and process automation initiatives.
