Collaborates with sales, marketing, partners, and product teams on messaging, campaigns, and events while developing technology sales, communication, reporting, and competitive-market knowledge.

Design, implement, and manage IAM and IGA solutions across corporate infrastructure. Build identity lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, entitlements, and approvals; manage SSO, MFA, PAM, Entra ID, and Active Directory. Develop compliant IAM policies, assess security gaps, lead upgrades and integrations, resolve incidents, monitor performance, document systems, mentor engineers, and partner across IT, Security, GRC, and business teams.

Leads technical pre-sales engagements from discovery through deal close, including platform demonstrations, Proof of Value engagements, architecture analysis, and solution presentation. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to translate customer challenges into Tanium solutions. Supports customer and channel enablement, presents at events, manages stakeholder relationships, and travels 30–50% to meet customers and prospects.

Leads the global sales enablement function, overseeing onboarding, continuous training, certification, account planning, sales kickoffs, and enablement strategy. Develops enterprise sales training curricula, measures program effectiveness, coaches the enablement team, and partners with Product Marketing and Product to align messaging with Tanium’s AI-driven roadmap. Requires experience managing large-scale global enablement programs and up to 10% travel.

Leads enterprise sales for the Tanium platform within assigned strategic accounts or territories. Responsibilities include generating and closing complex software opportunities, presenting value to C-suite executives and security teams, managing sales cycles and forecasts, building partner relationships, developing pipeline, conducting webinars and presentations, and exceeding quota. The role requires strong enterprise software sales experience, consultative communication, and the ability to coordinate virtual teams and partner ecosystems.

Perform hands‑on threat hunting and incident response readiness with customers, deploy and enable Tanium security solutions, build API integrations and custom hunts, analyze threat intelligence, refine detections, and collaborate with product teams to improve platform visibility and response.

Drive enterprise sales of the Tanium platform within assigned territory/accounts. Build C-suite relationships, manage complex sales cycles, generate pipeline, coordinate partners and marketing, forecast in SFDC, present via webinars or in-person, and travel as needed to exceed quota.

Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for Tanium's cloud/SaaS data platform. Define end-to-end data architecture (storage, access, query, visualization, movement), set requirements and success metrics, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, champion data quality, and lead a product team. Influence product direction across distributed systems and ensure adoption via enablement and go-to-market collaboration.
