Own frontend architecture for multi-tenant applications serving internal, customer, and partner audiences. Build React and TypeScript interfaces, shared component libraries, theming and branding systems, accessible user experiences, and integrations with governed APIs. Lead writing and editing of complex PBM RFPs for enterprise employers and consultants. Translate pricing, rebate, and clinical offerings into clear, persuasive responses. Manage multiple RFPs, ensure compliance and quality, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and maintain proposal templates and libraries to improve efficiency and win readiness.

Lead technical strategy and architecture across teams, resolve cross-system issues, mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, build production-grade full‑stack software, and ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of cloud systems.

Design, build, deploy, and operate backend services, APIs, integrations, and web applications. Own end-to-end features, improve CI/CD and observability, troubleshoot cross-service issues, participate on-call, and collaborate with product and leadership to deliver reliable production systems.
