Respond quickly (within 5 minutes), document activity in Salesforce, overcome objections, schedule meetings with AEs, optimize lead flows, assist marketing with testing and reporting, and meet weekly pipeline and activity goals.

Lead research into workflow-aware planning, cost-optimized RAG, tool-use evaluation, and multi-agent collaboration. Prototype and benchmark models, communicate results internally and externally, and collaborate with Product & Engineering to productionize research. Contribute to open-source repositories and author technical blogs to share findings.

Lead platform architecture and design for a large-scale microservices system. Hands-on Go development, design secure fault-tolerant services, plan migrations, write ADRs/runbooks, review and govern architectures, drive cross-team technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure zero-downtime rollouts and scalable, secure operation at high request volumes.

Design, build, and maintain distributed backend systems (Ruby/Go) powering Workato recipe runtime. Ensure performance, scaling, durability, concurrency, and security. Integrate storage and messaging (Postgres/S3/Redis/Kafka/ClickHouse), deploy on cloud and Kubernetes, write testable code, perform code reviews, lead technical projects, identify and fix bottlenecks, and collaborate across teams throughout the development lifecycle.
