Maintain 24/7 on-call coverage and scale disruption processes across Waymo's autonomous fleet.

Lead architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions and integrations, embedding generative AI and LLMs. Design Now Assist workflows, establish code governance and security for AI agents, improve CMDB data quality, implement ATF and upgrade strategies, and present technical AI solutions and ROI to executives.

Lead and grow a Product Data Science team to drive modeling, experiments, and data analysis that improve Waymo Driver performance and operational efficiency. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize resources, support geographic expansion, and translate vehicle and operational data into scalable product decisions.
