Lead and scale a Sales Development team to drive pipeline generation. Coach and develop BDR/SDR talent, own performance metrics and forecasting, optimize inbound/outbound prospecting, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless qualification and handoffs to sales.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven CRM features. Own end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritise initiatives using customer and data insights, drive cross-functional delivery with Engineering, UX, Sales and Customer Success, mentor product managers, and measure adoption, engagement and revenue impact.

Own and operate Databricks production pipelines for Sugar Predict: ensure reliability, optimize compute and performance, migrate legacy ETL, enforce Delta Lake and multi-tenant patterns, implement data quality and security, support customer onboarding, maintain SLAs, on-call incident response, and apply CI/CD and documentation practices.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts with consultative, ROI-led selling. Lead discovery workshops, drive complex new-logo deals from opportunity to close, manage partner-led GTM with SIs and platforms, align cross-functional teams, support demo/POC readiness and adoption, and position SugarAI competitively against major CRM and ERP vendors.
