Leads Revenue Finance and Tax engineering teams building reliable, auditable systems for revenue recognition, billing, settlement, ledgers, reconciliation, tax calculation, compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include technical direction, delivery execution, hiring and coaching engineers, system quality, data-driven prioritization, and collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Product, and Data stakeholders.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team responsible for streaming, NoSQL, and relational data infrastructure. Own a multi-year roadmap spanning Azure-to-AWS migration, Kafka-compatible streaming, database modernization, self-service data platforms, compliance, observability, and operational reliability. Partner with approximately 100 engineering teams and stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data Governance, and Finance while overseeing architecture, vendor decisions, capacity planning, incident escalation, and database operations.

Leads the architecture, migration, and operation of StubHub’s high-throughput streaming, messaging, and nonrelational storage platforms. Responsibilities include moving Azure workloads to AWS, selecting and benchmarking vendors, designing reliable P0 infrastructure, implementing observability and governance, supporting adoption across approximately 100 service teams, driving architecture reviews and incident response, shaping the technical roadmap, and mentoring engineers.

Design and develop scalable streaming, messaging, storage platforms, SDKs, services, and shared tools for StubHub’s engineering organization. Solve distributed systems, caching, messaging, performance, reliability, and scalability challenges; modernize monolithic SQL Server data stores; establish platform architecture and best practices; collaborate with internal engineering customers; own initiatives from concept through production; and mentor junior engineers.

Design and build scalable streaming, messaging, and storage platforms supporting StubHub’s distributed systems. Develop SDKs, shared services, tools, and cross-language runtime environments; architect high-performance internal services; and improve scalability, reliability, and performance. Serve as a subject matter expert in distributed caching and messaging, collaborate with engineering teams, lead platform initiatives, own projects through production, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, build, and evolve StubHub’s streaming, messaging, and storage platforms. Develop scalable services, SDKs, shared packages, and tools; improve distributed caching, message queuing, system performance, reliability, and scalability; modernize SQL Server data stores; collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and technical challenges; own initiatives through production and mentor junior engineers.

Drive migration from Azure to an AWS-native Kafka-compatible platform, oversee high-throughput infrastructure, and ensure reliability, observability, compliance, and operational readiness. Partner with approximately 100 service teams on adoption, guide vendor and architecture decisions, shape the long-term roadmap, and mentor 3–5 engineers.

Design and build scalable streaming, messaging, and storage platforms, including SDKs, services, shared packages, runtime environments, distributed caching, and message-queuing systems. Improve platform performance, scalability, reliability, and engineering productivity while modernizing data stores and supporting internal engineering teams. Own initiatives from conception through production, influence architecture, solve complex infrastructure challenges, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior engineers.

Own the paid search and acquisition product roadmap, backlog, and automated decision systems across StubHub and viagogo. Coordinate Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Operations; define requirements, manage dependencies, improve bidding and campaign automation, and guide attribution and experimentation. Translate commercial goals into product priorities, evaluate technical trade-offs, monitor system health, and use measurement to improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Lead the architecture and delivery of StubHub’s streaming, messaging, and nonrelational storage platforms. Own migration from Azure to an AWS-native Kafka-compatible platform, including vendor selection, broker deployment, schema management, SDKs, and operational readiness. Design highly reliable infrastructure processing billions of daily events, establish governance and compliance controls, partner with service teams on adoption, drive roadmap decisions, and mentor 3–5 engineers.
