The Senior People Advisor oversees HR operations, manages employee relations, compliance, payroll, and supports talent development while ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

Lead local HR operations including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance with North America employment laws, local implementation of global people initiatives, coaching leaders, performance management, L&D, DEI, engagement, and mobility/immigration support.

Design, implement, and maintain reliable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate on product requirements, build scalable systems, write tests, work with SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging systems, Docker, and CI/CD. Participate in Agile teams, suggest technical improvements, and take ownership from design to production.

Design, build, test, and deploy cloud-native, high-scale sports media systems. Work cross-functionally to deliver APIs and services, optimize for speed/scale/security, participate in code reviews, and foster best practices across the SDLC.

Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for sportsbook risk management and odds trading. Perform data analysis, back-testing, and productionize low-latency streaming analytics solutions. Monitor and continuously improve models while communicating results to technical and business stakeholders.
