Provide product-focused IP counsel across the product lifecycle for AI/ML systems, advising on IP strategy, data and open-source licensing, patent and trademark management, commercial agreements, risk mitigation, and cross-functional training. Work directly with public sector clients to scope, build, and deploy production-grade full‑stack AI applications. Architect front-end and backend systems, manage cloud infrastructure, ensure security and reliability, deliver reusable platform features, and spend up to two weeks per month onsite with clients while partnering cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and operations for Scale's SEAL Leaderboard portfolio. Define benchmark design, scoring, governance, and infrastructure; coordinate ML researchers, engineering, operations, and GTM; drive adoption with AI labs and enterprise customers; measure usage and business impact; and identify new evaluation products and revenue opportunities.

Own and scale Scale's coding AI product portfolio: set strategy and roadmap for benchmarks, training data, RL environments and evaluations; coordinate ML, engineering, operations and GTM; manage contributor networks, governance, contamination prevention, infrastructure, and customer engagements to convert benchmark credibility into revenue.

Source, qualify, and present partner candidates across the Physical AI ecosystem while owning partnerships CRM and internal materials. Lead outreach, discovery calls, intake triage, and support partner touchpoints. Maintain accurate pipeline records, draft communications, update partner materials, and support market research and process improvements to grow qualified pipeline and pilot conversions.

Lead DoD account strategy to transition Agentic AI prototypes into program-of-record deployments. Own full sales lifecycle and multi-million dollar quota, draft proposals and white papers, negotiate with primes/SIs, co-design technical Agentic workflows, manage post-award transition and long-term expansion, and travel ~20-30% while based in the National Capital Region.

Lead architecture and technical direction for Scale's Generative AI Data Engine, embedding into high-priority Contributor teams to unblock delivery, overhaul platform infrastructure for LLM-native workloads, ensure scalability/reliability, mentor engineers, partner with product/leadership, and own large end-to-end backend, frontend, and ML system initiatives.
