Drive install correctness metric, design guided install and verification flows in the Samsara Fleet app, build intelligence to verify hardware installs, provide fleet readiness visibility, run customer install observations, and translate findings into roadmap across hardware, firmware, and software.

Lead cross-functional Sales Operations initiatives for Samsara Mexico: optimize sales processes, drive tooling and automation enhancements with Salesforce and RevOps, manage territory design and account carve, build operational metrics and analytics, prioritize requests and run UAT, and serve as the primary policy and system contact for Mexico sales leadership and reps.

Lead enterprise deployments of Samsara hardware and SaaS, own project plans and governance, run solution workshops and training, guide change management, coordinate cross-functionally, and manage multiple customer engagements to enable fast time-to-value.
