Design and maintain ETL pipelines and Databricks Gold-layer tables; develop semantic layers, data dictionaries, and documentation for AI-driven BI; build dashboards and analyses to surface marketing and sales KPIs; perform ad-hoc deep dives; translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, analytics-ready data models; enable self-serve reporting and agentic AI workflows.

Sell Samsara's Connected Operations platform to large enterprise accounts across the Midwest. Own full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through POCs, trials, pricing negotiations, and close. Build executive-level relationships, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals ($100k–$500k typical), and embed Samsara's cultural principles while meeting quota and traveling to customer sites regularly.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance for R&D, partnering with C-level leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and controllership across software, firmware, hardware, and supply chain. Build scalable processes, use AI tools to automate reporting, drive analysis for investor guidance, and hire and develop a high-performing team.

Lead and develop a Mid-Market Account Executive team in France, build a predictable outbound pipeline, coach reps through complex multi-stakeholder deals, join and close key deals, hire and onboard talent, align cross-functionally, and scale Samsara's Mainland Europe business while embedding company cultural principles.

Lead Workday Absence configuration and enhancements; partner with HR, Payroll, and developers to scope, test, and launch HCM/absence solutions, build reports, maintain security and org structures, and document business requirements.
