Manage full-cycle recruiting for Samsara’s go-to-market teams, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, and negotiations. Partner with hiring leaders as a talent advisor, use recruiting data to identify insights, manage stakeholders, promote inclusive hiring practices, maintain accurate ATS records, and champion company culture. The role requires strategic sourcing, high-volume recruiting, strong communication, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Own account-based marketing strategy and execution for strategic enterprise accounts. Partner with enterprise sales to plan account campaigns, map buying committees, develop personalized messaging, coordinate digital, content, demand generation, field marketing, and product marketing efforts, and measure pipeline and closed-won impact. Manage account-level budgets, reporting, attribution, and optimization while influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a remote US role.

Own L3 technical escalations for complex mobile, fleet, routing, asset maintenance, and cloud issues. Investigate logs, telemetry, synchronization, authentication, and configuration problems; identify root causes and mitigations; and partner with Engineering and Product on fixes and roadmap improvements. Communicate incident impact and resolution to customers and stakeholders, improve runbooks and tooling, analyze fleet patterns, and mentor L2 support engineers across global regions.

Own end-to-end third-party security risk assessments, vendor tiering, reassessments, remediation tracking, and contract security reviews. Partner with Legal, Procurement, and business owners; support ISO, SOC, and FedRAMP audits; escalate unresolved risks; and maintain dashboards reporting third-party risk posture. The role also supports automation and AI-enabled vendor risk workflows and mentors junior team members.

Designs and delivers scaled customer education through webinars, cohort-based programs, and digital learning experiences. Creates and adapts training materials, facilitates live sessions, manages logistics, answers platform questions, and analyzes engagement data to improve programming. Collaborates with Customer Success and Product teams to identify knowledge gaps and increase customer adoption of Samsara’s SaaS platform across multiple industries.

Designs and delivers scaled customer product training through webinars, cohort programs, digital learning assets, and community experiences. The role facilitates live sessions, manages logistics, answers platform questions, analyzes engagement data, identifies customer knowledge gaps, and collaborates with Customer Success and Product teams to improve educational programming. It also adapts training materials to product updates, supports advanced adoption, and promotes consistent learning outcomes across industries.

Own the full sales cycle for Samsara’s IoT solutions, targeting small and medium-sized businesses with 11–30 vehicles. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline generation, customer engagement, pricing negotiations, proof-of-concept sales, and closing transactional deals. The role requires high-volume cold calling, quota achievement, relationship building, and collaboration in a remote, fast-paced sales environment.
