Own Patreon’s lifecycle marketing strategy across fan and creator audiences. Build and optimize Braze campaigns and journeys, establish operating processes, manage marketing technology and data quality, oversee deliverability and compliance, define measurement and experimentation, and lead cross-functional initiatives. Lead Patreon’s compensation strategy, market benchmarking, total rewards and equity programs. Manage annual and mid-year review cycles, pay equity analysis, bonus payouts, compensation data and tools, compliance, reporting, employee education, and cross-functional partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. Coach and develop team members while ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, accurate, and aligned with business goals.

Design, scale, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput ML inference infrastructure and feature stores; implement observability, validation, and automated model deployment; debug relevance systems; partner with product, data engineering, and Trust & Safety to deliver reliable, production-grade ML infrastructure.
