Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of Java and Spring backend services for Okta’s device identity and access platform. Own features from design through deployment, establish engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, improve testing and CI/CD, and mentor senior and staff engineers. Prototype rapidly using AI tools and code, simplify complex security workflows, conduct research and validation, establish scalable design systems, and maintain a high bar for craft, accessibility, quality, and customer trust.

Own marketing analytics, attribution modeling, full-funnel measurement, forecasting, experimentation, and ROI optimization across campaigns, partners, and field marketing. Build Tableau dashboards, ensure martech data quality, implement AI/ML predictive capabilities, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations for marketing leadership. Partner cross-functionally on performance narratives, QBRs, and budget planning while mentoring junior analysts and establishing analytics best practices.

Build frontend experiences for autonomous AI agents, including conversational interfaces, memory and context views, live run timelines, approval flows, worker configuration, and reusable agentic components. Develop real-time interfaces using streaming, WebSockets, and server-sent events while managing complex client state, reconnection, partial results, and failure recovery. Collaborate with backend and agent engineers to shape APIs and deliver fast, accessible, polished products.

Design, build, operate, and scale cloud-native shared infrastructure and services (search, cache, config, async frameworks). Drive feature rollouts, perform design and code reviews, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with architects, QA, security, and operations.

Lead and scale Okta's Japan Sales Development team, owning inbound and outbound pipeline strategy, tools, processes, and forecasting. Hire, onboard, coach SDRs and managers, build playbooks and outbound motions, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement, and drive measurable pipeline growth and operational excellence through data-driven inspection and continuous improvement.

Own and run the Executive Briefing program at Okta's San Francisco center: design briefing strategy, lead end-to-end high-touch engagements, partner with GTM teams, source and prep VP+/C-suite speakers, track briefing metrics and ROI in Salesforce, and manage logistics and day-of delivery to accelerate deals and strengthen enterprise relationships.

Lead architecture and implementation of an Identity Security Fabric for AI agents. Build scalable backend services, integrate complex APIs, enforce auth and least-privilege for agent access, drive AI-native engineering practices, improve CI/CD/observability, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and design to deliver enterprise-grade identity governance and protection features.

Lead and operate Okta’s Product Security Incident Response and bug bounty programs: triage and validate vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation with engineering, manage disclosures, report program health, improve workflows, mentor junior staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive proactive threat detection and vulnerability management.
